Commercial Employee Internal Service (full-time)

What are you going to do?

As an internal sales employee, you are an important link between the customer, suppliers and your own team. You have daily contact with (international) customers and ensure that the order process runs smoothly. In this varied and challenging role, you coordinate front office communication, process orders and are part of the marketing. Your working week will also be planned based on your independence, interests and qualities. Maintaining product feeds is an essential part because you and your colleagues will ensure that new brands are listed on the site with perfection, that the customer base is further expanded and that existing and new customers receive the excellent service they are used to. You are of course open to feedback from our interior consultants.

Main tasks:

-optimal commercial handling of internal order processes;
-optimizing product descriptions;
-answering various customer questions about prices, delivery times and outstanding orders.

Who are you?

You have no shortage of energy, perseverance and enthusiasm. You are a strong communicator, representative and have a great goodwill factor. Your enthusiasm is contagious and you always strive for an optimal customer experience and result. You are smart, creative and curious.

Specifically, you bring the following with you;

• MBO / HBO work and thinking level;
• Knowledge and experience in the interior sector is an advantage;
• You are proficient in Dutch, English and German;
• Good knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Experience in sales is a requirement;
• You are very customer-oriented and helpful.
